FAQ

How much does the 3d visualization image and the animation cost?

The price may vary depending on the project complexity, difficulty, details and the time frame needed.
To give you a rough estimation, please check our standard price here. 

Do we need a deposit?

Yes, for a new client we need the 50% deposit for us to be able to start the project.
For the repeat order, normally we need the 30% to 40% deposit after we send the first draft images of the project.

How does the process of the 3d visualization project?

  1. Project information & quote
    We collect your project information and send our quote.
  2. The first preview image
    For some typical projects that need six images or less, we need 48 to 72 hours to send our first draft images.
    The images are based on the first information we get. If needed, we may send one rendered image with some screenshot images of the camera angle options.
  3. Revisions
    The client reviews the first images and sends some feedback to us.
    We do the revisions.
  4. The final render image & final payment.
    We will do the final render after the revision process. Normally in 5K resolution size.
    Once the final images is delivered, the client will do the final payment.

What type of information that we required to start the project?

  1. For the exterior visualization:
    – Architectural plans, elevations, details
    – Landscaping plans
    – The plants selection
    – Exterior finishes schedule
    – Furniture, fixture, equipment selection
    – Camera angle suggestions
    – Photos or image references for the mood needed (optional)
    – Specific site photos for the background or foreground (optional)
  2. For the interior visualization:
    – Interior plans, elevations, details
    – Interior finishes schedule
    – Furniture, fixture, equipment selection
    – Camera angle suggestions
    – Photos or image references for the mood needed (optional)
    – Specific site photos for the windows view (optional)

What type of information files that we can handle?

For the floor plans / elevation information, we can accept a CAD (.dwg), PDF, JPEG or a sketch that describes the design concept.
And for the 3D model, we can accept a Revit file, 3ds Max, Sketchup.

How long does it take to finish the project?

This will depend on the scale of the project and the image quantity needed.
As a rough estimate, the first draft will be sent within 48 hours.
Normally for a typical project that needs six images or less, we can finish it in two weeks. (in case that we received the client’s feedback shortly).

What is the size resolution for the final still image, final animation and 360 panoramic image (VR)?

For the still image, it is in 5K size. Or possible in other sizes by request.
For the animation, it is in Full-HD Resolution or 1920×1080 pixels.
For the 360 panoramic image, it is 6000 x 3000 pixels.

What about the revisions after the final image has sent?

Some additional fees required based on the scope of the revisions.
